UCP500自1994年问世至今已有数年时间,为便于国际结算从业人员学习参考,实施伊始一些银行便组织力量对其进行翻译,甚至编印材料进行讲解,起到了很重要的指导作用。然而,其所使用的法规、律条式语言及其所涉及的特殊、专业性业务,不可避免地影响了人们对它的领会与理解。从这个意义上说,对 UCP500仍有再思考、再认识的必要。下面笔者不揣浅陋,就陆路运输项下铁路、公路或内河运输单据中的转运条款谈一些认识。
UCP500 has been around for several years since it was introduced in 1994. It has played an important guiding role in facilitating the reference of international settlement practitioners and in the early implementation of some banking organizations' efforts to translate them and even make printed materials. However, the laws and regulations, the lawful language and the special and professional businesses involved in it inevitably affect people's understanding and understanding of it. In this sense, UCP500 is still rethinking, re-understanding of the need. The following is not a humble attempt by the author to make some remarks on the terms of transshipment in railway, road or river transport documents under land transport.
