静脉推注异搏定前后对狗的心肌细胞、淋巴细胞和血清中钙、镁、铜、锌含量的动态变化作了同步比较研究,注药前心肌细胞和淋巴细胞内钙含量为1.45±0.35,0.43±0.06;镁为1.66±0.71和0.73±0.11,注药后钙分别降为0.73±0.07和0.12±0.01(P均<0.01):镁降至1.04±0.23和0.52±0.07(P<0.01),血清中钙、镁含量变化未见有统计学意义。心肌细胞、淋巴细胞和血清铜、锌含量变化不显著,结果显示心肌细胞和淋巴细胞钙、镁含量变化具有良好的相关性(r=0.95,P<0.05:r=92,P<0.05)。提示淋巴细胞钙、镁含量测定对评价心肌细胞内有关离子改变可能是一种有用方法。
The dynamic changes of calcium, magnesium, copper and zinc contents in myocardial cells, lymphocytes and serum of dogs before and after intravenous injection of verapamil were compared. The calcium content in cardiomyocytes and lymphocytes before injection was 1.45 ± 0.35 , 0.43 ± 0.06, respectively. The levels of magnesium were 1.66 ± 0.71 and 0.73 ± 0.11, respectively. The levels of calcium decreased to 0.73 ± 0.07 and 0.12 ± 0.01, respectively (all P <0.01): magnesium decreased to 1.04 ± 0.23 and 0.52 ± 0.07 ), Serum calcium and magnesium content changes have not been statistically significant. There was no significant change in the content of copper and zinc in myocardial cells, lymphocytes and serum. The results showed that there was a good correlation between calcium and magnesium contents in cardiomyocytes and lymphocytes (r = 0.95, P <0.05: r = 92, P <0.05). Tip Lymphocyte calcium and magnesium levels in the evaluation of myocardial cells related to ion changes may be a useful method.
