日本住友金属工业公司为了充分利用无缝钢管管端部分和保证尺寸精度,近新研制了外径、壁厚测定装置。作为在线控制装置,在和歌山钢铁厂第一制管车间成功地用到了实际生产中。该公司在无缝钢管轧制过程中实行计算机控制,取得了减少延伸长度误差、提高管壁均匀度等许多实际效果。对轧制过程中出现的管端部尺寸不良部分,过去一直是留有一定安全系数,按一定长度剪断。研制本装置的目的
