本文利用ＥＩＭＳ和ＭＩＫＥ谱研究了不饱和脂肪酸２－烯基苯并唑衍生物的双键定位规则，并对鱼油中具有重要营养和医药价值的ω－３型多不饱和脂肪酸进行了定性和定量分析。
In this paper, the double-bond localization rules of 2-alkenylbenzoxazole derivatives of unsaturated fatty acids were studied by EIMS and MIKE spectra, and the omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids with important nutritional and medicinal values in fish oil were qualitatively and quantitatively determined analysis.
