本文简单介绍了现有进口探伤车上探轮的工作原理及其局限性 ;详细介绍了新型集靴式和轮式探头双重优点的一种高速探轮 ;并简单记录了该探轮在实验室转台上完成 135km·h- 1 探伤试验及在环线铁路上完成85km·h- 1 超声信号存取试验的过程及结果。该探轮利用内部自动控制装置使其能完成 80km·h- 1 时速下钢轨探伤工作。自动装置能使探头表面到钢轨表面距离一直保持为 2 5mm ,因此能准确地实现高速探伤。探轮内依靠冷却系统保证超声探头高速走行时能正常工作。通过五项新型设计 ,该探轮的技术水平应为目前国际同类产品最高速度水平。
This paper briefly introduces the working principle and limitations of the probe on the imported flaw detection car. It introduces in detail a new high-speed probe wheel that combines the dual advantages of the shoe-on and wheel probe, and simply records the probe in the laboratory Turntable to complete 135km · h-1 test and the completion of the ring line 85km · h-1 ultrasonic signal access test process and results.
