研究了不同试验条件对两种毛化钢板冲压摩擦行为的影响。结果表明 ,润滑条件将影响冲压过程中的摩擦行为 ,润滑油种类对凹模圆角处摩擦因数影响不大 ,而对冲头圆角处摩擦因数的影响较大 ;一般随冲程的增加 ,钢板的凹模、冲头圆角处摩擦因数都降低 ,而且凹模处的摩擦因数低于冲头圆角处的摩擦因数 ;在同一润滑条件下 ,激光板的表面具有较低的摩擦因数。
The effect of different test conditions on the stamping friction behavior of two texturing steel sheets was studied. The results show that the lubrication conditions will affect the friction behavior during the stamping process. The types of lubricant have little effect on the friction factor at the fillet of the die, but have a greater effect on the friction factor at the fillet radius. Generally, with the increase of the stroke, The friction coefficient of the concave die and the punch fillet are both reduced, and the friction coefficient at the concave die is lower than the friction coefficient at the punch fillet; under the same lubricating condition, the surface of the laser plate has a lower friction coefficient.
