本文讨论一些影响学生课堂行为的因素,而教师能够通过对这些因素的影响而影响学生在课堂、社会、工作中的表现效果。本文也就教师在帮助学生克服传统的弱点、发扬优点方面的作用提出一些建议。
This article discusses some of the factors that affect students’ classroom behavior, and teachers can influence the performance of students in class, society and work through the impact on these factors. This article also puts forward some suggestions on the role of teachers in helping students overcome their traditional weaknesses and promoting their advantages.
