实验用环磷酰胺,~(60)Co照射制备免疫低功的动物模型。以NK活性、Mφ吞噬活性、抗体产生能力、IL-2产生能力为指标,对受试动物在有机锗作用下免疫功能的变化做了系统研究。结果:有机锗可使受试动物各项免疫指标明显提高。证实,有机锗是一种免疫增强剂,可用于恶性肿瘤患者化疗和放疗的辅助治疗
Experimental immunosuppressive animal models were prepared by irradiation with cyclophosphamide and ~(60)Co. The NK activity, Mφ phagocytic activity, antibody production ability, and IL-2 production ability were used as indices to systematically investigate the changes in immune function of test animals under the action of organic germanium. RESULTS: Organic germanium significantly increased the immune indexes of the tested animals. It is confirmed that organic germanium is an immune enhancer and can be used for the adjuvant treatment of chemotherapy and radiotherapy in patients with malignant tumors.
