甲氰咪胍(Cimetidine)是一种有效的组织胺H_2—受体拮抗剂,能抑制胃酸分泌,临床证实对消化性溃疡有满意的疗效。国产甲氰咪胍首先由重庆医药工业研究所试制成功,于1978年11月交我院试用于临床,兹将结果报导如下。
Cimetidine is a potent histamine H 2 -receptor antagonist that inhibits gastric acid secretion and has clinically proven satisfactory efficacy against peptic ulcer disease. Domestic cimetidine first trial by the Chongqing Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry, successfully submitted to our hospital in November 1978 for clinical trial, hereby report the results as follows.
