证据动态变化是侦查取证领域应密切关注的问题,而福尔摩斯小说又是一部有关证据推理的文学教科书。本文以其首篇故事“血字研究”为写作案例,首先介绍动态证据学相关理论,结合案件从相关证据学角度对调查取证工作中遇到的问题做出说明和建议,然后基于该理论对案件中具有代表性的证据线索进行动态分析,从而借助“血字研究”一案使动态证据学理论得到较为明确的表述和应用。
The dynamic change of evidence is a problem that should be paid close attention to in the field of investigative forensics. Holmes novels is another literary textbook on evidence reasoning. This article, with its first story “Blood Word Research” as the writing case, first introduces the relevant theories of dynamic evidence theory, and makes explanations and suggestions on the problems encountered in the investigation and evidence collection work from the perspective of relevant evidence. Based on this Theory dynamically analyzes the representative evidence clues in the case so that the theory of dynamic evidence theory can be more clearly expressed and applied with the help of “Blood Word Research”.
