一、台湾资源回收处理体系台湾于1997年开始实施资源回收四合一计划。该计划主要内容是政府为主,公办公营,整合民众、政府、制造商、回收处理业,按照规定的程序进行有效回收补贴再利用。主要作法是:政府公告回收处理品项,依法从相关制造业贩卖输入业处提拨回收基金,政府进行允收认证,企业进行回收处理,依补贴标准补贴。政府对相关补贴事项进行了公告,把14类34项应回收废弃物,整体归为废一般物品及容器、农药废容器、废
I. Resource Recycling and Processing System in Taiwan Taiwan started the four-in-one resource recycling project in 1997.
