武钢烧结厂是武钢前工序龙头主体厂之一,现有2981名职工,担负着为高炉生产人造富矿的任务。1995年,烧结厂在市场和资金双重压力下,不仅按时完成了生产计划,还顺利完成了公司下达的1.3亿元降低成本的计划指标,进而跨入了全国重点烧结企业的先进行列。经济实力的增长为企业职工教育的发展奠定了基础,而职工教育的发展又为企业生产经营的发展提供了服务保证。“八五”期间,烧结厂的各类职工培训随着生产发展而蓬勃发展,取得了较为显著的成绩,职工队伍的文化结构发生
