职业学校是培养制造人才的摇篮圣地,肩负着重大的历史重任。我国加入世贸组织以来,对企业制造型人才的需求和要求都有了很大地提高,不仅要求工作者要具有过硬的实践经验,而且要掌握完整的理论知识。本文就职业学校机械专业的教学现状出发,分析了在教学中存在的问题,并结合多年的教学经验和自身的感悟提出了一些粗浅的认识。
Vocational school is to cultivate the cradle of manufacturing talent, shoulder a major historical responsibility. Since China’s accession to the WTO, the demand and requirements for manufacturing talents have greatly increased. It requires not only workers to have excellent practical experience, but also complete theoretical knowledge. Based on the present situation of teaching of mechanical specialty in vocational schools, this paper analyzes the problems existing in teaching, and puts forward some superficial cognitions based on many years of teaching experience and self-perception.
