观察大鼠结肠肌间丛Cajal 间质细胞的形态,为进一步研究其在胃肠动力调控中的作用提供形态学资料。方法:用碘化锌-锇酸组织化学法对成年大鼠结肠肌间丛铺片染色,观察Cajal间质细胞形态。结果:分布于肌间丛的 Cajal间质细胞有两种不同的形态,一类胞体呈三角形或星形,胞核大而明显,胞体在神经纤维形成的网眼中,有2~3个细长突起,突起与神经纤维关系密切;另一类胞体为卵圆形,有2~3个长突起,二级分支多见,与神经纤维关系不如前者密切。结论:Cajal间质细胞是肠神经系统中一类独立的细胞类型,其功能有待进一步探索。
To observe the morphology of Cajal interstitial cells in rat colonic myenteric plexus and provide morphological data for further study on its role in gastrointestinal motility regulation. Methods: The interstitium of colon myenteric plexus of adult rats was stained with zinc - osmium tetroxide histochemical method to observe the morphology of Cajal interstitial cells. Results: Cajal interstitial cells distributed in the myenteric plexus have two different morphologies. One kind of cell body is triangular or star-shaped with large and obvious nucleus. The cell body has 2 ~ 3 slender cells in the network of nerve fibers Protuberances and protrusions are closely related to nerve fibers. The other type of cell bodies are ovoid in shape with 2-3 protuberances. The secondary branches are more common and the relationship with nerve fibers is not as close as the former. Conclusion: Cajal stromal cells are a kind of independent cell type in the enteric nervous system. Its function needs to be further explored.
