本文对金龙某小型客车进行车身轻量化,在CATIA中建立了完整的车身骨架三维模型,并导入到ANSYS中进行静力学分析,主要分析了客车在满载弯曲工况、满载扭转工况、紧急制动工况、紧急转弯工况中的应力应变情况,根据分析结果进行轻量化设计及结构改进。对客车进行了模态分析,得到其固有频率和振型,看是否会共振。本文提出的改进方案使客车最大应力变形减小,安全度提高,整车车身骨架质量减轻了5.3%。
