“八五”前三年技改工作简要回顾 “八五”前三年,我省的企业技术改造工作贯彻实施了省委、省政府提出的“打基础、上水平、增效益”的经济发展战略和“高起点、保重点”的要求,坚持不懈地对现有企业进行技术改造,加快了技术进步的步伐,取得了较好的成绩。主要表现在以下四个方面: ——技术改造投入不断增加。“八五”前三年,全省共有1.4万个项目建成投产。全省国有企业和城乡集体企业累计完成技改投资额280亿元,超过了“七五”五年实际投资总额。 ——技术引进步伐加快。三年时间全省引进项目达1246个,成交额9.7亿美元,为“八五”前十二年总和的1.6倍。通过技术引进,提
