用一定量的植物油在播前对小麦种子进行包衣处理,使之成为疏水包皮,给予充足的水分使之不溶或冲洗掉以维持持续的幼苗生长。油处理种子的萌发率降低约20%-50%,50%出苗时间(T_50)却提高2-5d.用植物油处理杀虫剂包衣的种子,进而降低了萌发率,延长了出苗时间。油处理并不降低水分吸收,也不影响种子的呼吸。油份饱和度与亚油酸:油酸率与不同植物油的效应无相关性,降低的萌发率与延迟的出苗率与油处理的生理因素而不是物理因素相关联。
Wheat seed is coated with a certain amount of vegetable oil prior to sowing to make it a hydrophobic foreskin, given sufficient water to make it insoluble or washed away to maintain continued seedling growth. The germination rate of oil-treated seeds decreased by about 20% -50%, while the 50% seedling emergence time (T_50) increased by 2-5 days. Insecticide-coated seeds are treated with vegetable oil, which in turn reduces the germination rate and prolongs the emergence time. Oil treatment does not reduce moisture absorption nor does it affect the respiration of the seeds. There was no correlation between oil saturation and linoleic acid: oleic acid ratio and the effect of different vegetable oils. The decreased germination rate and delayed emergence rate were related to physiological factors rather than physical factors of oil treatment.
