采用邻苯二甲腈及其衍生物为原料,以混合缩合法分别合成出磺基取代酞菁锌和磺基-邻苯二甲酰亚胺甲基取代酞菁锌.采用磷酸-三乙胺和N,N′-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)做为流动相,以梯度洗脱的反相色谱法对合成产物进行分析.产物的色谱曲线按照取代基数目的不同可被区分为5组成分,各组中包含化学组成相同的异构体.在对二磺基取代酞菁锌顺反异构体的研究基础上,进一步指认了两亲性组分的二(磺酸钾基)二(邻苯二甲酰亚胺甲基)酞菁锌(缩写为ZnPcS2P2,S和P分别代表磺酸钾基和邻苯二甲酰亚胺甲基)的色谱峰所对应的异构体结构.结果表明,高效液相色谱法可做为上述酞菁异构体质量控制和含量分析的有效方法.
Phthalonitrile and its derivatives were used as raw materials to synthesize sulfo-substituted phthalocyanine zinc and sulfo-phthalimide methyl-substituted phthalocyanine zinc by mixing and condensation method, respectively. Phosphoric acid-triethylamine And N, N’-dimethylformamide (DMF) as the mobile phase, the product was analyzed by reversed phase gradient elution chromatography.The chromatogram of the product can be divided into five groups according to the number of substituents , Each group contains isomers with the same chemical composition.Based on the study of the cis-trans isomers of disulfo-substituted phthalocyanine, the bis (sulfonyl-potassium) bis Phthalimidomethyl) phthalocyanine zinc (abbreviated to ZnPcS2P2, where S and P each represent a potassium sulfonate group and a phthalimide methyl group) .Results Show that high performance liquid chromatography can be used as the above phthalocyanine quality control and content analysis of effective methods.
