目的建立一种快捷、有效的检测苋菜红的电化学方法。方法通过吸附将石墨烯修饰在玻碳电极上。利用循环伏安法、交流阻抗法及扫描电子显微镜对石墨烯修饰电极进行表征。应用差分脉冲伏安法对苋菜红进行定量分析。结果在最佳条件下,电流信号与苋菜红浓度之间的线性范围为2.0×10-6mol/L~2.4×10-5mol/L,检测限为4.0×10-7mol/L。检测3种市售饮料样品苋菜红的加标回收率在93%~104%。结论该方法具有操作简单、价格低廉、方便快捷等优点,适用于现场实时监测,实现苋菜红快速定量分析,具有广阔的应用前景。
Objective To establish a fast and effective electrochemical method for the detection of amaranth. Methods The graphene was modified by adsorption on glassy carbon electrode. Cyclic voltammetry, AC impedance and scanning electron microscopy were used to characterize the graphene modified electrode. Application of differential pulse voltammetry amaranth for quantitative analysis. Results Under the optimal conditions, the linear range of current signal and amaranth concentration was 2.0 × 10-6mol / L ~ 2.4 × 10-5mol / L and the detection limit was 4.0 × 10-7mol / L. The recoveries of three amaranth samples from commercial samples were 93% -104%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple operation, low price, convenient and quick, suitable for real-time on-site monitoring, rapid and quantitative analysis of amaranth, and has broad application prospects.
