出血性脑梗塞为脑梗塞的一种特殊类型,临床上并非少见。自CT应用于临床以来,出血性脑梗塞的诊断不断增多,国内尚少报道,我院所见3例报告如下。例1.男、57岁,1982年2月6日入院。劳动后回家途中突然右半身瘫,言语含糊,入当地医院。翌日腰穿脑压170mmH_2O,脑脊液清亮、常规生化正常,按脑血栓治疗无好转。否认高血压及心脏病史。第四天突然头剧痛转来我院。入院检查:血压130/80mmHg,脉搏60次/分,呼吸18次/分,体温37℃。意识清,心肺正常。完全性运动性失语,右中枢性面舌瘫,右上下肢肌力0级,右侧巴彬斯基氏征阳性,颈软,克氏征阳性,复查腰穿脑
