培养技能型人才是高职院校的根本任务,而校企合作是高职院校教育教学改革的切入点,也是提高人才培养质量的捷径。本文分析了高职院校开展校企合作的现状,针对高职院校校企合作存在的问题和不足,探讨高职院校深化校企合作、实现学校可持续发展的对策。
The cultivation of skilled personnel is the fundamental task of higher vocational colleges, and the cooperation between school and enterprise is the starting point of education and teaching reform in higher vocational colleges. It is also a shortcut to improve the quality of personnel training. This paper analyzes the status quo of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges, the problems and shortcomings in the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges, and the countermeasures to deepen the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges and realize the sustainable development of schools.
