目的 :研究和很好地使用前列腺组织粉碎器粉碎前列腺大叶组织块技术。方法 :使用前列腺组织粉碎器(VersaCutTissueMorcellator)对大功率 10 0W钬激光所切下的 37例前列腺组织块粉碎并吸出。以“边冲边吸”及“只冲不吸”发现组织块 ,以“固定 -吸引 -粉碎”与“运动 -吸引 -粉碎”方法粉碎组织。结果 :粉碎前列腺组织块 2 5～ 6 6 g ,平均 4 3g ,粉碎时间 2 0～ 90min ,平均 38min ,所有病人未损伤膀胱 ,粉碎吸引操作顺利。结论 :前列腺组织粉碎器能将前列腺大叶组织块粉碎并同时从膀胱吸出体外 ,粉碎速度快 ,安全可靠 ,但术中需注意鉴别组织块与膀胱黏膜
OBJECTIVE: To study and make good use of prostatic tissue disruptors to fragment large lobe of prostate tissue. METHODS: Thirty-seven prostate tissue pieces excised from a high-power 100 W holmium laser were dissected and aspirated using a VersaCut TissueMorcellator. Tissue pieces were found with “edge-punching and suctioning” and “punching and non-suctioning”, and the tissue was shredded by the methods of “fixed-attracting-shredding” and “exercise-attracting-shredding”. Results: 25 ~ 6 6 g of smashing prostate tissue pieces averaged 43 g and smashing time was 20 ~ 90 min with an average of 38 min. All the patients had no injury to the bladder and the crushing and suction operation was smooth. Conclusion: The prostate tissue shredder can smash the large lobe of prostate tissue and pull it out of the bladder at the same time. The shredding speed is safe and reliable. However, it is necessary to pay attention to distinguish the tissue mass from the bladder mucosa
