目的:通过检测系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血中淋巴细胞CD69+表达及CD69+细胞分泌细胞因子的水平,探讨淋巴细胞活化和活化淋巴细胞细胞因子的表达与系统性红斑狼疮的发病关系。方法:利用流式细胞分析法对系统性红班狼疮患者活动期13例、静止期23例和健康志愿者15例外周血中淋巴细胞的CD69+表达及其细胞内细胞因子(IL-2、TNFα)进行分析。结果:活动期和静止期系统性红斑狼疮患者淋巴细胞CD69+的表达均显著高于正常组(P<0.05),系统性红斑狼疮患者淋巴细胞CD69+表达与SLEDAI具有明显的相关性(P<0.05),而且活动期系统性红斑狼疮患者活化淋巴细胞内的细胞因子IL-2、TNFα表达较正常组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:系统性红斑狼疮患者体内存在淋巴细胞早期活化现象,与SLE发病程度相关。活化的淋巴细胞内细胞因子IL-2、TNFα呈高表达状态。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between lymphocyte activation and activation of lymphocyte cytokines and the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) by detecting the expression of CD69 + and CD69 + cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods: The expression of CD69 + and the level of intracellular cytokines (IL-2 and TNF-α) in peripheral blood of 13 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus during active phase, 23 stationary phase and 15 healthy volunteers were analyzed by flow cytometry ) For analysis. Results: The expressions of CD69 + in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.05), and the expression of CD69 + in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus was significantly correlated with SLEDAI (P <0.05) , And the expression of cytokines IL-2 and TNFα in activated lymphocytes in patients with active systemic lupus erythematosus were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.05). Conclusion: The early activation of lymphocytes in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus is associated with the severity of SLE. Activated lymphocytes cytokines IL-2, TNFα was highly expressed state.
