触指(图1)是贫油断路器上担任导电的重要零件,材料用紫铜,数量相当多,加工要求比较严,体积虽小但形状复杂。过去我厂加工这个零件,是把铜料先锻成四方长条,然后经过机械加工做出来的。这样不但浪费大量的贵重金属和加工工时,而且生产效率低,零件质量不高。今年年初技术员杨尚清同志同工人密切合作,试制成功了一种热锻模,把这种零件改用模锻法来制造,每班可以锻制1500~1600个,大大地提高了生产效率;
The touch finger (Figure 1) is an important part of the lean oil circuit breaker as a conductive material. The material is copper, the quantity is quite large, the processing requirements are relatively strict, the volume is small but the shape is complicated. In the past I plant processing of this part, the first copper material is forged into four strips, and then made out by machining. This will not only waste a lot of precious metals and processing hours, and production efficiency is low, the quality of parts is not high. At the beginning of this year, Comrade Yang Shangqing, a technician, worked closely with the workers to successfully manufacture a hot forging die. The part was changed to the die forging method to produce 1500 to 1600 for each class, which greatly enhanced the production efficiency.
