为研究项目教学法在公共营养师职业资格培训中的应用,将报名参加公共营养师职业资格培训的82名同学为研究对象,随机分成项目教学法组和传统教学法组,在公共营养师操作技能培训中分别采用项目教学法和传统教学方法授课。结果表明:项目教学法组在国家公共营养师操作技能考试中成绩高于传统教学法组,接受项目教学法的学生对公共营养师操作技能理解的更加透彻,解决实际问题能力更为突出。项目教学法比传统教学法更有利于公共营养师综合素质和职业能力的培养。
In order to study the application of the project pedagogy in the public nutritionist vocational qualification training, 82 students who enrolled in the public nutritionist vocational qualification training were randomly divided into the project pedagogy group and the traditional pedagogy group, Skill training using project teaching method and traditional teaching methods respectively. The results show that the project pedagogy group has higher performance than the traditional pedagogy group in the operational skills test of the national public dietitians, and the students who receive the pedagogic method have a more thorough understanding of the operational skills of public nutritionists and the ability to solve practical problems is more prominent. Project teaching method is more conducive to the cultivation of public nutritionist overall quality and professional ability than traditional teaching methods.
