建立了高效液相色谱法拆分并测定司替戊醇对映异构体。采用Chiralpak AY-H色谱柱,以正己烷∶异丙醇(90∶10)为流动相,检测波长270 nm。(R)、(S)-司替戊醇均在15.6~500?g/ml范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为98.60%和99.84%,RSD为0.82%和0.72%。
A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was established for the resolution and determination of steryl alcohol enantiomers. Chiralpak AY-H was used as a mobile phase with n-hexane: isopropanol (90:10) as the mobile phase at a detection wavelength of 270 nm. (R), (S) -stitide alcohol in the range of 15.6 ~ 500? G / ml good linear relationship. The average recoveries were 98.60% and 99.84% with RSDs of 0.82% and 0.72%, respectively.
