本文报导利用降活性碳法处理尿液,紙上层析法检出及鉴定吲(?)甙的代謝产物.除了体內未变化的吲(?)甙外,在所有尿液中皆检出尿蓝母及吲(?)酚-d-葡萄糖醛酸,此为吲(?)甙的主要代謝产物.在冤尿中尚检出吲(?)甙的分解产物:邻氨基苯甲酸及邻氨基苯甲酰甘氨酸.此外在所有尿液中省检出不同的极性大的未知吲(?)酚类化合物.在人尿中检出二个未知吲(?)酚类化合物A和B.肝炎患者的代謝产物与健康人体相同,在代謝产物量的方面有否差异,尚待进一步研究.
In this paper, we report the use of the activated carbon method for the treatment of urine. The paper chromatography detects and identifies metabolites of cesium (.). In addition to the unchanged 吲 (?) in the body, urine is detected in all urine. Blue mother and quinone (?) phenol-d-glucuronic acid, which is the main metabolite of lanthanum (?) lanthanum. Decomposition products of lanthanum (?) lanthanum are also detected in urine: anthranilic acid and o-amino acid Benzoylglycine. In addition, different polar unknown unknown phenolic compounds were detected in all urine. Two unknown phenolic compounds A and B. Hepatitis were detected in human urine. The patient’s metabolites are the same as healthy humans, and there are differences in the amount of metabolites that need further study.
