本文测定了24例原发性肺癌患者血浆 LPO 含量,血浆和红细胞 SeGSHPx 活性,以及自发性和诱导致红细胞溶血程度。结果表明肺癌患者血浆 LPO 含量较正常人明显增加(P<0.01),而患者红细胞自发性和LOOH 诱导所致溶血百分数也较正常组明显增高(P<0.01),说明患者的脂质过氧化速率增强。肺癌患者的血浆SeGSHPx 活性较正常人明显下降,这是血浆 LPO 含量增加的重要原因之一。文中还讨论了脂质过氧化和原发性肺癌之间的关系。
In this paper, the determination of plasma LPO levels, plasma and erythrocyte SeGSHPx activity in 24 patients with primary lung cancer, as well as spontaneous and induced erythrocyte hemolysis. The results showed that plasma LPO levels in patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.01), and the percentage of hemolysis induced by spontaneous erythrocytes and LOOH was significantly higher than that in normal patients (P <0.01), indicating that the lipid peroxidation rate Enhanced. Plasma SeGSHPx activity in patients with lung cancer was significantly lower than normal, which is an important reason for the increase of plasma LPO content. The article also discusses the relationship between lipid peroxidation and primary lung cancer.
