目的分析吡拉西坦注射液与甘露醇联合使用在脑出血水肿患者治疗中的疗效。方法选取2014年5月~2015年5月我院收治的脑出血水肿患者82例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组患者单纯采用甘露醇进行治疗,观察组患者采用吡拉西坦注射液与甘露醇联合治疗,对比分析两组患者的疗效和不良反应情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者临床治疗的总有护效率,脑水肿体积以及不良反应率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吡拉西坦注射液联合甘露醇在脑出血水肿患者的临床治疗中效果显著,值得在临床上推广和应用。 Objective To analyze the curative effect of piracetam injection combined with mannitol in the treatment of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and edema. Methods From May 2014 to May 2015, 82 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and edema admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 41 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with mannitol alone. Patients in the observation group were treated with piracetam injection combined with mannitol, and the efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of clinical treatment, the volume of brain edema and the adverse reaction rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Piracetam injection combined with mannitol in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and edema in the clinical treatment of significant effect, it is worth in the clinical promotion and application.
