202型转向架轴箱密封结构不好的原因是,轴箱体和轴箱盖的配合局部产生1.4~2.6mm的间隙。本文在介绍几种国外客车滚动轴箱密封结构的基础上,对202型转向架轴箱密封结构提出了三种改进方案:采用大小唇防尘挡圈的迷宫式密封结构;采用橡胶油封防尘结构;在轴箱后盖和防尘挡圈间采用了油封挡圈。第三方案已装在厂修车上进行运用考验。
