自从1999年9月教育部颁布《中小学教师继续教育的规定》以来,我国中小学师资队伍的建设受到普遍重视,中小学教师培训工作得到空前发展。但是,无庸讳言,当前中小学教师培训实践中还存在一些亟待解决的问题。
Since the Ministry of Education promulgated the “Regulations for the Continuing Education of Primary and Secondary School Teachers” in September 1999, the construction of primary and secondary school teaching staff in our country has received universal attention. The training of primary and secondary school teachers has enjoyed unprecedented growth. However, it goes without saying that there are still some problems to be solved in the current practice of primary and secondary school teachers’ training.
