The contents of chlorophyll (chl) in tobacco leaves treated with appropriate concentrations of choline chloride (CC) increased slightly, and the reactivity and photosynthetic rate of Hil increased. Leaf Mg2 + -ATPase and Ca2 + -ATPase activity were enhanced. No effect on normal respiratory metabolic activity, but reduced the photorespiration of glycolate oxidase activity, which will help improve photosynthesis
