各部位恶性肿瘤的生长和发展总伴有患者免疫状态的改变。作者测定149例(恶性108例,良性41例)喉新生物患者某些非特异性抗力的定量指标:血清杀菌活性、溶菌酶、补体和β-溶素。喉癌中Ⅰ期5例,Ⅱ期21例,Ⅲ_a期58例,Ⅲ_b期11例,Ⅳ期13例;角化型鳞癌51例,非角化型28例,低分化癌10例,乳头状癌4例,乳头状瘤恶变15例,乳头状瘤18例,纤维瘤17例,血管瘤3例,喉囊肿3例。作者将全部病人的检查结果与(?)(1957)在85名正常人中所获结果加以比较。结果:良性肿瘤患者的血清杀菌活性和溶菌酶含量显著下降,而补体和β-溶素的含量无明显异常;喉癌患者的血清杀菌活性、溶菌酶和β-溶素均显著低于正常人。观察上述诸指标与喉癌分期的关系
The growth and development of malignant tumors in various sites are accompanied by changes in the immune status of patients. The authors measured quantitative indicators of 149 cases (malignant 108 cases, 41 cases of benign) of some non-specific resistance of laryngeal neoplasms: serum bactericidal activity, lysozyme, complement and beta-lysin. Among the laryngeal cancer patients, there were 5 cases of stage I, 21 cases of stage II, 58 cases of stage III_a, 11 cases of stage III_b, and 13 cases of stage IV; 51 cases of keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma, 28 cases of nonkeratinized carcinoma, 10 cases of poorly differentiated carcinoma, and nipple There were 4 cases of carcinoma, 15 cases of malignant papilloma, 18 cases of papilloma, 17 cases of fibroids, 3 cases of hemangiomas, and 3 cases of laryngeal cysts. The author compares the results of all patient tests with those obtained by (?) (1957) in 85 normal individuals. Results: Serum bactericidal activity and lysozyme content were significantly decreased in patients with benign tumors, but complement and β-lysin levels were not significantly abnormal; serum bactericidal activity, lysozyme and β-lysin were significantly lower in patients with laryngeal cancer than in normal subjects. .
