煤炭企业是受计划经济影响最深的行业。随着经济社会改革和发展的步伐不断加快,煤炭企业面临的各种情况也发生了复杂而深刻的变化。随着煤炭地位的下降,煤炭企业的经济效益明显的降低,在煤炭企业“寒冬”形势下,职工的思想观念、价值观念以及道德观念等也随之发生了变化。从以往的实践中可以证明:忠诚就是企业的竞争力,是企业发展的基石。从目前的政工工作实践来看,因为职工思想波动范围的扩大,政工工作的范围不仅有了扩大,难度也有了明显的上升,这主要是当前大环境造成的。作为企业的政治工作者,需要通过思想政治工作以提高职工的企业忠诚度,使他们能够认同企业的号召,与企业同心同德,共同面对当前的全新形势和严峻挑战。
Coal enterprises are the most affected by the planned economy sectors. As the pace of economic and social reform and development continues to accelerate, complicated and profound changes have taken place in various situations faced by coal enterprises. With the decline of the status of coal, the economic benefits of coal enterprises have obviously decreased. Under the “cold winter” situation of coal enterprises, the ideas, values and moral values of workers have also changed. From past practice, we can prove that loyalty is the competitiveness of enterprises and the cornerstone of enterprise development. Judging from the current practice of political work, the scope of political work has not only expanded but also increased in difficulty due to the widening of the range of employee ideological fluctuation. This is mainly caused by the current environment. As a political worker in an enterprise, ideological and political work needs to be done in order to raise employees’ loyalty so that they can recognize the call of the enterprise, work in unison with the enterprise and jointly face the current new situation and severe challenges.
