1前言钢铁生产和应用早在3000年就被人们所了解。在一段较长的时期里,特别是在世界经济高速增长的最近6年中,钢产量仍保持持续增长。目前约有65%的钢生产都是通过BF-BOF途径实现的,图1示出了BF-BOF的钢产量。对钢铁生产者的基本目标就是以一种可靠持久的办法修建1座高炉。高炉下部和液态部分的耐火材料炉衬对钢产量安全性、可靠性及其寿命起到了很重要的作用。
1 Introduction Steel production and application were known as early as 3000. Over a long period of time, especially in the recent six years in which the world economy has been growing at a rapid pace, the output of steel still keeps growing. At present, about 65% of the steel production is achieved through the BF-BOF approach, Figure 1 shows the BF-BOF steel production. The basic goal for steel producers is to build a blast furnace in a credible and sustainable way. The refractory lining of the lower and liquid parts of the blast furnace plays a very important role in the safety, reliability and life of the steel.
