本文报道一例黑曲霉菌致变应性肺泡炎的临床表现与治疗经过。探讨了诊断的主要依据和特点，提示：接触黑曲霉菌作业有上呼吸道感染症状时，要进行现场卫生学调查，及时诊断，正确治疗，防止病程恶化和肺纤维化的发生。
This article reports a case of Aspergillus niger-induced allergic alveolitis clinical manifestations and treatment after. The main basis and characteristics of the diagnosis were discussed. It is suggested that in the course of the operation of Aspergillus niger, there should be an on-site investigation on the hygiene, timely diagnosis and correct treatment to prevent the progression of the disease and the occurrence of pulmonary fibrosis.
