文章系统论述了通过提供产品功能分解描述,支持产品从概念设计到详细设计的描述,并基于产品功能分解与表示的故障材及故障分析系统来实现产品设计质量控制的设计思想及方法,并根据实例论述了从产品设计的功能分解思想、故障树建立方法到故障分析系统的设计以及由此对设计的修正等,以提供并行设计环境下产品质量保证的支持工具FAS的设计思想与实现方法。
This paper systematically discusses the design ideas and methods of product design quality control by providing the description of product function, supporting the description of product from concept design to detailed design, and based on the fault material and fault analysis system of product function decomposition and representation. This paper discusses the design idea and implementation method of FAS, which is the support tool for product quality assurance in the context of parallel design, from the functional decomposition of product design, the establishment of fault tree, the design of fault analysis system and the revision of the design.
