葡萄牙美食特色:葡国菜的特色在于用料都很简单,多为橄榄油、洋葱、番茄、青椒、葡式腊肠等,同时不可缺少还有“热情”的咖喱。但同样的材料可以做出千变万化的菜式。1葡式咖喱蟹制法:咖喱炒香,跟大蟹、蔬菜(洋葱、番茄、红椒、辣椒)一起煮。出锅前,加入椰汁、淡奶、高汤调味。TIPS:在澳葡美食中,海鲜一般离不开大蒜、咖喱与各种蔬菜的搭配,营养搭配是它的灵魂。精致的工艺和个性的口味,在合理营养搭配的基础上调动人的味觉,激发美食欲望。
