学校党支部是学校行政管理的得力助手,党支部应该充分发挥党组织的优势,建立激励机制,调动党员教师工作积极性,使党员教师发挥好先锋模范作用。在党员教师的引领下,调动每一位教师的积极性,让教师努力为学校发展贡献自己的力量。合理的制度和管理能够激发教职工的潜能、调动人的积极性和创造性,使教职工的能力得到最大的发挥。因此,我校党支部创新管理办法,建立和完善了激励机制,通过有效的激励使教师充分发挥其智力和潜能。首先,我校建立了“四评”机制,以激发党员教师发挥
