近日，中国节能协会、中国标准化研究院资源与环境分院、霍尼韦尔联合发布了《中国智慧建筑调研白皮书》。这一调研成果是基于霍尼韦尔智慧建筑评价体系? 对全国20个主要城市的1000多栋建筑（机场、轨道交通、购物中心、酒店、写字楼、医疗等）进行智慧程度评估，从而揭示了中国智慧建筑可持续性发展的现状和趋势，并对各行业建筑的智能化升级提出了建设性的意见。调研结果指出：中国的智慧建筑未来会向更绿色节能的方向发展，而产业政策、行业标准和用户体检是建筑智能升级的主要驱动力。
　　Recently， China Energy Conservation Association， Chinese Standardization Institute resources and environment branch， and Honeywell jointly issued the "White paper on China’s Intelligent Building Research". The result of this research is based on Honeywell’s intelligent building evaluation system. This intelligence assessment is performed in 20 major cities on more than 1000 buildings （airports， rail transportation， shopping centers， hotels， office buildings， medical centers etc.）， which not only reveals the status and trends of sustainability of Chinese intelligent buildings， but also puts forward constructive views on the intelligent upgrade of each industry. The research result pointed out that： China's future intelligent building will veer toward green and energy saving direction， and industrial policy， industry standards and user examination are the main driving force behind the intelligent upgrade.
