2015年,按照国家教育部的部署,全国小学开设了毛笔书法课,取得了初步的成果。一、推动书法教育的背景2011年,教育部出台了《教育部关于中小学开展书法教育的意见》,2013年教育部又颁布了《中小学书法教育指导纲要》。这些对我国中小学书法教育的开展做出了系统、立体的规划和部署,为我国中小学书法教育的实施和推进中华优秀传统文化教育奠定了重要基础。二、当前中小学书法教育实施的基本情况
