观察25例喘息性支气管炎与支气管哮喘患儿尿亚硝酸盐(NO-2/NO-3)水平变化。结果:喘息性支气管炎与支气管哮喘患儿发病急性期尿NO-2/NO-3水平明显高于正常儿童(P<0.01);喘息性支气管炎与支气管哮喘之间急性期、恢复期尿NO-2/NO-3水平均无显著差异(P>0.05);末梢血中性粒细胞与尿NO-2/NO-3水平比较无相关性。提示:一氧化氮参与了喘息性支气管炎与支气管哮喘的炎症反应,在调节气道平滑肌张力方面起重要作用
The changes of urinary nitrite (NO-2 / NO-3) levels in 25 asthmatic bronchitis and bronchial asthmatic children were observed. Results: The levels of NO-2 / NO-3 in patients with asthmatic bronchitis and bronchial asthma were significantly higher than those in normal children (P <0.01).
