用免疫组织化学法,在光镜和电镜下对大鼠脑内 GnRH 神经元和纤维的分布及特性进行了观察。GnRH 神经元主要分布于内侧隔区、斜角带和视前内侧区,少量神经元见于下丘脑。GnRH 神经元可分光滑型和棘型,二者包括单极和双极,多极及假单极少见。在GnRH 神经元之间有多种形式的细胞间接触。GnRH 纤维分布广泛,以正中隆起和终板血管器最为密集。电镜下,GnRH 神经元的细胞器较为发达,其胞体和末稍上有突触连接。对 GnRH 神经元的功能和分泌调控进行了讨论。
Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the distribution and characteristics of GnRH neurons and fibers in rat brain under light and electron microscope. GnRH neurons are mainly located in the medial septum, bevel and preoptic medial area, a small amount of neurons found in the hypothalamus. GnRH neurons are smooth and spine-shaped, both of which include unipolar and bipolar, multipolar and pseudo-unipolar rare. There are many forms of intercellular contact between GnRH neurons. GnRH fibers are widely distributed with the most densely populated and endplate vessels in the median. Under electron microscope, the organelles of GnRH neurons are well developed, and synaptic connections are found in the cell body and the terminal. The function and secretion regulation of GnRH neurons are discussed.
