测功机是用来测量各种动力机械的转速、转矩、功率的。近来要求高精度、低惯量、稳定性能好的测功机。这就必须有可靠的电控。我国从日本、西德等国家进口了一些测功机,但电控方面不能自动调整,数字检测精度较差,保证不了测量精度。在这种基础上我单位承担了一机部下达山东省机械厅的这项科研计划。发展了测功机电控装置。这个电控装置可应用于25kW~1000kW电力测功机的控制。对交流和直流进行配电及各种保护。对变流机组和测功机进行励磁。对转速、转矩电流实行自动调节,使之恒定。本电控装置优点:①采用了可控硅励磁。②采
