选雄性Wistar鼠16只,分正常无缺血组(自身对照非缺血侧,8只);缺血再灌流组(缺血侧,8只);缺血再灌流黄芪皂甙治疗(ASS)组(8只)。用插线法制作大鼠左侧MCAO模型。缺血2小时后,再灌流2小时,用NADPH-黄递酶(diapherase)(NADPHd)组织化学染色法作
Sixteen male Wistar rats were selected and divided into normal non-ischemic group (8 non-ischemic side); ischemia and reperfusion group (ischemia side, 8 rats); ischemia-reperfusion jaundice saponin (ASS) group (8 only). The rat left MCAO model was made using the patch line method. After 2 hours of ischemia, reperfusion was performed for 2 hours and NADPH-diaphorase (NADPHd) histochemical staining was performed.
