六十年代至今,组织DNA合成水平的研究多用放射性自显影法。但此法程序繁杂,需时长,细胞计数工作量大。因此,我们将组织放射自显影法加以改进,用液体闪烁计数的方法测定癌组织的同位素参入量,从而得知组织的DNA合成水。用此法我们对小鼠前胃,宫颈癌及胃患者的癌组织、癌旁组织及断端组织作了测定,对照病理结果,比较癌组织与非癌组织~3H-TdR参入量的差别,从而反映出组织DNA合成水平.现将结果报道于下。
From the 1960s to the present, studies on the level of DNA synthesis in tissues have mostly been performed by autoradiography. However, this procedure is complicated and takes a long time, and the cell counting workload is large. Therefore, we will improve the organization of autoradiography, liquid scintillation counting method to determine the amount of cancer tissue isotope incorporation, so as to learn the organization of DNA synthesis water. Using this method, we measured the cancerous tissue, paracancerous tissue, and stump tissue of mouse fore-gastric, cervical, and gastric cancers. We compared the difference in the amount of ~3H-TdR between cancerous tissue and noncancerous tissue by comparing the pathological results. This reflects the level of tissue DNA synthesis. The results are reported below.
