企业要创新才能生存。令人遗憾的是目前的经济局势不乐观,如能源问题、停滞膨胀、地方保护主义等都不容易克服,但是话说回来,经营企业本身就是一种环境适应业,能适应环境变化者才有生存与发展的机会,不能适应者自当淘汰,而今天适应变化的唯一方法就是创新。由此可见,如何适应未来变化与创新,将是未来企业成败的重大关键。驰名世界的日本松下电器,其创办人松下幸之助先生是本世纪最伟大的企业家与哲学家之一,我有3次机会向他讨教。他告诉我在竞争激烈及低成长期间,唯一生存之道就是创新,这也是松下电器过去成长的秘诀,更是未来继续成长的凭借。
Enterprises must innovate to survive. Regrettably, the current economic situation is not optimistic.
