针对大型支撑轴的特点 ,采用DEFORM软件反复模拟优化 ,制定了合理的大型支撑轴成形新工艺 ,包括预制坯、镦挤、反挤三道工序。根据模拟分析结果设计了镦挤和挤压工艺及模具。实验证明 ,对比传统工艺 ,零件的力学性能、材料利用率和生产率都得到了很大的提高。
Aiming at the characteristics of large support shaft, the DEFORM software was used to simulate and optimize repeatedly, and a reasonable new process of forming large support shaft was established, including preform, upset extrusion and anti-extrusion. According to the result of simulation analysis, the upsetting extrusion and extrusion process and mold are designed. Experiments show that, compared with the traditional process, the mechanical properties of parts, material utilization and productivity have been greatly improved.
