针对多变量耦合系统,提出了一种基于解耦的时滞递推滑模预测控制的算法。该算法是在对角解耦的基础上,将预测算法和递推滑模控制结合起来,设计了递推滑模预测控制器。还对滑模参考轨迹进行了研究和分类,阐述了两种滑模参考轨迹的区别。该算法被应用在带钢板形板厚的控制过程中,试验和仿真结果表明,该方法可较好地消除带钢板形板厚控制中耦合与时滞的影响。
Aiming at the multivariable coupling system, a decoupled delay-recursive sliding mode predictive control algorithm is proposed. The algorithm is based on the diagonal decoupling and combines the predictive algorithm with the recursive sliding mode control to design a recursive sliding mode predictive controller. The sliding path reference trajectories are also studied and classified, and the differences between the two sliding mode reference trajectories are described. The algorithm is applied in the control process of strip thickness. The experimental and simulation results show that this method can eliminate the influence of coupling and time lag in strip thickness control.
