桥梁工程作为建筑行业的一部分,是交通运输建设项目中的重点控制性工程,尤其在施工过程中,质量控制比一般建筑要困难得多,因此将BIM技术应用于工程项目的质量管理中是十分必要的。利用BIM的核心建模软件Revit建立桥梁4D施工资源信息模型,在此基础上建立基于IFC的质量管理信息平台,从而更好地指导桥梁复杂工艺的施工。实践证明,通过BIM技术的应用,在保障桥梁工程施工质量的前提下,缩短了施工时间,从而提高了施工效率。
As a part of the construction industry, bridge engineering is the key control project in the transportation construction project. Especially in the construction process, the quality control is more difficult than the general construction. Therefore, BIM technology is applied to the quality management of engineering projects necessary. BIM core modeling software Revit is used to build bridge 4D construction resource information model, and based on this, a IFC-based quality management information platform is established to better guide the construction of complex bridges. Practice has proved that through the application of BIM technology, under the premise of ensuring the construction quality of bridge engineering, the construction time is shortened, thereby improving the construction efficiency.
